Hello! I am a therapist who brings a sense of hope, compassion, and empathy into my work. I create a therapeutic space that is safe, genuine, and approachable where clients can be their authentic selves without judgement. I am passionate about working with clients on a variety of issues including trauma, self-esteem, body image, anxiety, depression, communication struggles, and interpersonal difficulties. I have experience in working with clients who are neurodivergent and I use a neurodivergent affirming approach in my work. I work with both adults and kids and I love incorporating creative approaches!
I take an eclectic approach to therapy by using EMDR, IFS, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), person centered therapy, dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness based approaches. Other modalities I use include play therapy, art therapy, and sand tray. I enjoy using creativity in my work with clients based on their personal preferences and needs!
I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is key to therapy. I bring my genuine self into all the work I do in a way that focuses on our shared experiences of being human.
