As a social worker and a psychotherapist, I imagine everyone that enters my online therapy room, has some level of trauma. This perspective informs why I actively work to provide a space that feels safe to share your innermost experiences. In addition to creating a safe space, I also treat everyone with unconditional positive regard. We go deep into your history, your family system, your internal world and make the connections to parts of you that may be wounded. We heal those parts so that self can begin to live a life of fulfillment.
I provide Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to the 18+ population. I have experience serving those with Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), previously known as multiple personality disorder, as well as Complex PTSD, Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder.
