I help children, teens, and adults navigate trauma, anxiety, and emotional challenges using trauma-informed counseling and child-centered play therapy. Many parents reach out when their child is struggling with behavior, big emotions, or experiences they may not yet have the words to express. As a Registered Play Therapist, I help children safely process emotions and build coping skills through play. I also support teens and adults working through anxiety, stress, and past trauma while developing healthier emotional patterns and resilience. I provide telehealth therapy across West Virginia.
I specialize in trauma-informed counseling and Child-Centered Play Therapy. As a Registered Play Therapist, I help children process difficult experiences through play while building emotional regulation and coping skills. I also work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, stress, and life transitions.
