I focus on utilizing treatments to address ineffective behaviors, habits, and beliefs that keep us stuck. One area I specialize in is grief from chronic illness or a terminal diagnosis. I have experience working with individuals with neurological disorders (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, Multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's, cancer, etc.).
My approach is collaborative and compassionate to help clients reach their goals and create new coping skills. I believe each person brings their own unique set of skills, passion and strengths to aid in healing and growth.
