Today's world can feel overwhelming and mentally draining whether you are a parent, young adult, or teenager. With growing pressures from society and social media influence, it can sometimes feel impossible to live up to the world's standards. Are you ready for something different in your life? Utilizing a holistic approach, I will to strive help you seek joy, in spite of struggle, physically, mentally, and socially. As a wife, mother, former teacher, and fellow human, my goal is to hold space for you and help you navigate through the beautiful chaos of life. I am also trained in perinatal mental health and integrated mental health nutrition.
I provide services to teens, young adults, new moms and families related to perinatal/ postpartum concerns, school related concerns, parent coaching, anxiety, depression, and post adoption/ foster care transition.
