Your life has been a journey, that I know nothing about! I let you and your experience shape our work together. I bring in treatment modalities that are appropriate to meeting your goals. I don't believe therapy can be one-size-fits-all. If something isn't working for you, we should change it up. I'll bring my professional expertise and experience, you bring your lived experienced, and we'll work together. I am a licensed social worker with a wealth of experience working with adolescents and adults in a variety of outpatient and community settings. Plus, I always have stickers. Everyone deserves a sticker.
I draw from a variety of clinical approaches including strength-based, CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and narrative therapy. I also have a graduate certificate in outdoor behavioral health and enjoy incorporating experiential therapeutic approaches in my practice. I am a member of and passionate about working with the LGBTQIA2S+ community.
