I believe that we do the best we can with the resources available inside and around us. Sometimes, the storms feel overwhelming. I’m committed to providing external support as clients access their inner resources, helping them navigate challenges more effectively. Clients I serve are seeking to experience a greater sense of connection, meaning, and purpose in their lives. I work most often with people who are dealing with symptoms of trauma, depression, anxiety, and relational challenges.
I am an IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapist and I center relationships in my work. With compassionate curiosity, we will work to strengthen internal relationships, allow protective parts to take on less extreme roles, and unburden wounded parts. I work with individuals 13+ and provide services in English and Spanish
