In addition to being a therapist, I am an Intuitive Healer as well and incorporate this with my therapy as clients feel comfortable and open to this. I combine Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), Person Centered, and Trauma Informed Therapies. I am trained in EMDR as well. I am here to provide support and encouragement to facilitate growth and change.
