I love seeing people grow and blossom as they overcome the challenges life throws their way. I help my clients thrive by aiding them to identify their patterns and habits that interfere with their growth. I believe my job is to empower you to improve your life.
Therapy isn’t a one size fits all. I use a collaborative approach to identify your goals, and we work together so you can achieve them. My therapeutic style is eclectic, though I pull mostly from person-centered, solution-focused, and cognitive-behavioral modalities. As a result, I’m able to adapt to effectively work with a variety of people and issues.
As of today, November 11, 2025, I have a couple daytime openings for telehealth sessions and one in-person slot available (every other Wednesday at 130p). I'm in network with most major insurances. Please feel free to contact me to discuss my availability!
