Do you feel like you have to have it all together, even when you're running on empty? A lot of men come to therapy after years of pushing feelings aside, staying busy, or telling themselves to just deal with it. That is until self-criticism, shutdown, or strained relationships catch up with them. I help men figure out what's actually going on underneath the surface and build a straightforward, practical path forward. Therapy with me is paced, direct, and judgment-free, focused on helping you feel more grounded, understood, and back in control.

I've worked with men from all walks of life: military, business owners, stay-at-home dads, and more. I keep seeing the same pattern show up: high self-criticism and self-doubt running the show. My work is about helping you get out of your head, quiet that inner critic, and show up as your best self.

My approach is rooted in authenticity, a non-judgmental attitude and humor. I try to create space where you can feel safe to show up exactly as you are. I’ll meet you where you are while also looking to challenge you. I would love to chat more and see if I'd be a good fit for what you need.
