I specialize in working with clients who are caught in cycles, especially those struggling to express their needs in relationships or to manage anxiety that feels all consuming.

My work is rooted in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy), both evidence-based, deeply relational approaches that support long term healing, not just quick fixes. I’m also trauma-informed and integrate mindfulness and somatic awareness to help you stay grounded as we work through the hard stuff together.

My approach is rooted in authenticity, warmth, curiosity and little humor. I like to create space where you can feel safe to show up exactly as you are.
