We'll work on coping skills to decrease anxiety/stress, & improve self-esteem. I also enjoy helping folks create boundaries & prevent burnout. I can help you unlearn people-pleasing habits, be more assertive, & heal from difficult relationships. For ADHD, we can work on things like organization, time management, habits/routines, & procrastination. My practice is inclusive & LBGTQIA+ affirming. I offer EMDR for trauma processing as well.
My style is authentic, compassionate, & nonjudgmental. I use a customized approach to create a style of therapy that best fits your needs. No two people are alike, and my approach to each person is just as unique. I'm pretty direct (but still empathetic), and I encourage you to be direct with me too.
