I work with children, teenagers, adults, and families. I have a passion for helping individuals struggling with anxiety, self-esteem concerns, family concerns, and managing every day stressors. I work to help clients develop and utilize coping skills and gain a better understanding of themselves and their emotions.

Through virtual talk therapy, I help clients develop a better insight into how they are feeling and develop the tools to help them manage and express emotions, create boundaries, and advocate for their needs.

I understand that it can be hard to take the first step to ask for help. That is why it is important to me that every client is heard and provided an environment to feel safe talking about their stressors and be given a space to grow.
