I specialize in supporting parents of children with special needs, neurodivergence, or histories of trauma or adoption. With younger children, I use play therapy to help process big emotions and communicate in the way that feels most natural to them—through play. With teens, I use strength-based & solution-focused approaches to build insight and confidence.
