About
Life can be hard! Are the bad days seeming to outnumber the good? Do you feel your emotions control you more than you control them? We need a safe place to heal. We need someone who genuinely cares & believes in our ability to rise above difficulties. I am dedicated to helping my clients understand & overcome whatever is getting in the way of who they want to become. Positive change does not usually, just happen. You have to take an active role in deliberately creating the change you want. The good news is, you don't have to do it alone.
Healing requires a strong & trustworthy therapist to guide a client, understanding the true courage it takes to heal. The deeper you are willing to process into your struggle, the greater the change you will see! I have experience working with adults, children, & teens who have experienced trauma, anxiety, grief & depression.
In therapy, it's important that you find a counselor you have a good connection & feel comfortable. Call/text or e-mail me. We can discuss your needs and my approach to counseling. Let my office be part of your safe place to explore better opportunities for yourself.
