I’m a telehealth therapy provider offering services to individuals and couples in Alaska and Washington State. I’m currently accepting new clients. Life brings unexpected turns, challenges, transitions, and moments that test us. Whether you’re facing sudden change or have long-standing issues, you don’t have to go through it alone. Talking with a compassionate, trained professional can make all the difference. My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and strength-based. I believe you already have tools and insights within you, and together we can build on those to address what’s feeling overwhelming or unclear.
Therapy isn’t about fixing what’s “broken,” it’s about understanding yourself more deeply and learning how to move through challenges with greater clarity and confidence. I work with people experiencing a range of concerns, including grief, relationship issues, trauma, stress, and life transitions. Humor is always a key ingredient in my sessions.
