Throughout our lives we are forced to confront big questions about our identity, potential, goals, developing healthy relationships, and how to manage mental health symptoms. Learning skills can help us to manage our emotions, tolerate stress and communicate with others. I have experience working with healthcare professionals, teachers, and other professions that try boundaries and wear on mental health. I work with adolescents and adults ages 16+.
I focus on helping clients challenge limiting thought processes and replace harmful behaviors with helpful coping strategies. I utilize CBT and DBT frameworks to help clients to develop practical skills to improve relationships, manage emotions, and find peace. We'll laugh, cry, and learn together.
Setting healthy boundaries can be intimidating, especially when we have poured so much into others. If you aren't sure how to improve your mental health, relationships, and peace of mind, I can help.
