You don’t have to have everything figured out to begin therapy—just a willingness to show up. I work with adolescents and adults navigating life transitions, loss and grief, breakups, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, eating disorders, body image concerns, and neurodivergence. I also support caregivers and loved ones of individuals struggling with eating disorders or substance use. My practice is grounded in collaboration, compassion, and grace, offering a safe space where clients feel seen, supported, and understood. I integrate CBT, DBT, somatic-based skills, and tapping to support emotional regulation and healing.
My approach is warm, supportive, and centered on building a trusting dynamic. I strive to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and accepted exactly as you are. I believe healing happens through genuine connection, curiosity, and care. I also value being real in therapy, with room for honesty, humor, and human parts of life that can be messy.
