My goal is to help you move forward with a developed sense of peace, compassion, and trust within yourself that you have what it takes to pursue a life worth living despite life's unpredictable circumstances. I help adolescents and adults navigate anxiety, depression, grief and loss, OCD, trauma, suicidal ideation, relationship issues, and life changes.
In effort to reach your goals, I work through a trauma-informed lens paired with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), with experience working on a Comprehensive DBT team.
