Addiction can happen to anyone, and the underlying wounds that fuel it need to be healed. I am honored to accompany my clients on their journey of recovery and offer a non-shaming and affirming treatment philosophy that allows healing in multiple areas, without fear of judgment. I strive to identify and harness their individual strengths, instill hope, and reflect unconditional positive regard for those in my care. I also have a strong belief in the healing power of humor and provide my clients with an emotionally safe environment to heal all aspects of their being.
I work extensively with people experiencing the devastating effects of trauma and addiction. I am passionate about addressing all presenting disorders through an integrated treatment approach that supports the whole person.
My non-judgmental stance and down-to-earth presentation are assets to people who may be hesitant to engage in therapy. I use an eclectic mix of modalities and curriculum to assist with the therapy process.
