Welcome! I'm glad you've found me. I hope something on my page resonates with you. It is important for me to share that I am a queer therapist - as in I am queer myself and prioritize & adore working with folks in the LGBTQIA+ community. I utilize a person-centered, humanistic, strengths-based approach with clients. I also operate from a body-neutral, trauma-informed perspective. My overall desire is to foster & build safety together where we collaboratively create a trusting therapeutic relationship. Tough topics can be processed and sorted through at your own pace.

I am a licensed professional counselor (LPC) & a board certified art therapist (ATR-BC). I hold an additional license as a clinical supervisor (LPC-S). I have the most training & expertise in art therapy, adolescents, & young adults. I am passionate about supporting and advocating for LGBTQIA+ folks' unique needs, narratives, experiences, & rights.

I am also a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200). I can use this certification in a therapeutic setting by offering accessible, body positive, adaptive yoga movement practice, mindfulness, meditation, breathing techniques, and yogic philosophy supported by modern research to aid in healthy emotional processing.
