I offer trauma-informed, integrative therapy for teens (14+), adults, and couples. I use a mind-body approach, blending relational, insight-oriented talk therapy with somatic (body-based) awareness and techniques, and integrate practical coping skills where helpful. My style is warm, collaborative, authentic, and grounded.
