Life can be so difficult and even more difficult to navigate emotionally. I have extensive experience in Christian counseling. I offer support with depression, anxiety, self-worth, grief and loss, self-harm, bi-polar disorder, communication, and relationship issues. I also am certified to work with clients with ADHD related issues. I offer assessments for ADHD through private pay, as needed. Using an emotionally focused couples therapy approach, I help find fulfillment in marriage through effective communication, boundaries and overcoming obstacle with applying Christian principles. I offer a comprehensive workshop for couples.
I offer a Biblically based approach to older teens, adults and couples. I have extensive experience serving individuals needing support with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, self-harm, bi-polar disorder, self-esteem, chronically ill, ADHD related issues along with ADHD assessments, communication, and relationship issues.
I aim to walk along side of you (sometimes just sit in it as well), encouraging you to build strength and endurance. While building skills for you to continually renew your mind and bring joy into your journey.
