I've helped people work through addiction, depression, anxiety, procrastination, and many other issues that get in the way of reaching their highest potential and living their best life. Many of my clients have attained hopes and dreams they always wanted, but felt they weren't able to. We do this through CBT, DBT, and other modalities.
