Feeling emotionally drained from constantly carrying so much? Maybe you’re overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, and stuck in cycles of perfectionism, overthinking, or never feeling “good enough.” You want to feel more grounded and confident in yourself, your choices, and the life you’re building. Therapy offers a space where you don’t have to perform or hold it all together — a space to be honest, vulnerable, and supported through reflection, emotional processing, skill-building, gentle challenge, self-exploration, and compassionate, nonjudgmental support that helps foster confidence, clarity, and empowerment.

Together with honesty, transparency and collaboration, we will create real healing and self-trust focusing on self-compassion, radical acceptance, and grounded support. I use psycho-education, grounding techniques, and gentle challenges to help shift unhelpful patterns. We will develop an individualized and tailored plan to meet your specific needs.

Therapy doesn't have to be scary, actually I quite prefer it the opposite. I will show up as me, so you can as well. We will create a warm, honest, nonjudgmental space where we hopefully even laugh a little at times. Together, we will explore the depth of your emotions and build acceptance and compassion of yourself. I look forward to connecting.
