Feeling anxious, depressed, or stuck in painful patterns? Navigating trauma, a breakup, relationship issues, or difficult family dynamics? Whatever crisis, hurts, or fears you are facing, help and healing are possible. After unexpected loss twelve years ago, I found myself in a season of fear, pain and uncertainty. My healing journey ignited a passion for holistic wellbeing—and a desire to help others find hope again. While creating national support groups for single parents (SoloParent,org), I returned to school to pursue a calling as a counselor. Today, I help individuals, couples, and families heal, grow, and find lasting peace.

I provide a safe supportive space to process, and I use evidence-based therapy, grounded in attachment and neuroscience. I’m trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples and I’m certified in Developmental and Relational Trauma Therapy. These experiential approaches help heal core wounds, build secure attachment, and strengthen relationships.
