Are you facing challenges and want to get back to the life you want? I can help you learn new skills to overcome depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, ADHD, behavioral problems, obsessive compulsive disorder, or family conflict. Together, we will build on your strengths to help you or your teen achieve the goals we set in therapy, whether that is overcoming anxiety or depression, building better relationships, or achieving peace with negative events from the past.
I have worked with children, adolescents, and their families since 2001. I use an eclectic approach, drawing on cognitive-behavioral approaches, ego state approaches, and strengths-based activities. I also frequently incorporate my Level II EMDR training to help clients resolve their negative self beliefs from traumatic experiences in the past.
