Are you dealing with issues related to anxiety, depression, relationship problems, or even trauma and abuse? I work with young adults, adult, individuals, and families dealing with painful or intense emotions, everyday problems and issues. Together we develop healthy coping skills to become successful in school, work, home, and society. Additionally, I can offer Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing- EMDR to engage your brain in the problem solving process.
I help individuals with a variety of issues, including but not limited to job stress, relationship problems, confidence and self esteem, difficulty moving on from troubled pasts, depression, and anxiety. I help families dealing with dysfunction, disruptive behaviors, major changes, and problems getting along.
I enjoy working with persons of all ages, but I am especially interested in working with young adults. My approach to treatment is client center and contingent upon the client's personality and therapeutic goals. I am open the needs of the person and will focus treatment on present concerns.
