My role as a therapist is to support and empower you while helping you reconnect with your voice to move toward greater self understanding and trust. Therapy is not about fixing what’s broken it’s about strengthening your capacity to move forward.
I provide trauma informed, person-centered therapy integrating EMDR, mindfulness practices, and yogic philosophy. I work best with people seeking a warm, grounded, and collaborative therapeutic space. Services are primarily offered via telehealth, with limited in-person availability on Tuesdays in Addison, TX.
