I work with young adults & adults navigating anxiety, stress, burnout, trauma, relationship challenges, divorce recovery, executive functioning difficulties, pregnancy and postpartum, and the unique pressures faced by military members, veterans, and their families. My approach is holistic, relational, and grounded in CBT, Brainspotting, and faith integration
