I am so proud of you for taking this step to improve your health and well-being. I know beginning therapy can be intimidating, but I am here for you every step of the way. I am a licensed clinical social worker in Oklahoma, with 15 years of professional work experience in the mental health field, and I am happy to have the opportunity to help you on your journey. I utilize a combination of different therapy techniques and styles to best assist you with your specific needs. I strongly believe that building a great therapeutic relationship is one of the main keys to success.
I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, family and relationship issues, coping with grief and loss, & motivation, self-esteem, and confidence, depression, and many other areas. I have worked with a variety of diagnoses and have utilized in-person and telehealth services for my clients' needs.
