Welcome! I am a board certified licensed clinical social worker LCSW, in Arizona. I do have openings for new client availability. I have experience with providing therapy to children, teens, and adults. I currently provide psychotherapy in private practice. Some areas that I have supported treatment in include grief/loss, depression, anxiety, interpersonal stress, relationship/ life stressors, co-occurring diagnosis and more. I have diverse training in multiple settings. I have over 13 years working in the mental health field. I hold specialty certification in children, youth and family. Therapeutic modalities I may use in therapy are mindfulness, solution focused, strengths based, skills learning, cognitive restructuring (CBT).
