My goal in counseling is to help people overcome their difficult issues in their life, reach their goals, and become happier and more balanced individuals. I use a variety of therapies including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and prevention approaches to help the patient individually. I have worked extensively with substance abuse, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, grief, military life issues, and health-related concerns. I have been a counselor for over 15 years.
I will meet you where you are and help you develop a plan to help you.
