I am passionate about working with individuals with dual-diagnosis concerns and am especially committed to supporting people with borderline personality disorder or who identify with traits of BPD. I currently help run and lead an Adherent DBT program for more intensive care for those who need it. I also value creating affirming spaces for queer individuals and am dedicated to understanding and supporting neurodivergent people in ways that respect their unique strengths and experiences. My approach centers on empathy, collaboration, and empowering people to build meaningful, self-directed lives.
My approach integrates DBT, harm reduction, and trauma-informed care to support people in building practical coping skills while honoring their lived experiences. I am particularly committed to providing affirming, support for queer individuals and neurodivergent clients, creating a collaborative space that centers safety, autonomy and collaboration.
