I work with teens (14+), young adults, and adults who are ready to understand themselves more deeply, speak up for what they need, and build lives grounded in boundaries and self-trust. Many of my clients are neurodivergent, part of the LGBTQ+ community, or navigating identity, career/school stress, and complex family dynamics.
I specialize in supporting young adults through the messy middle of becoming themselves—separating from parents, discovering identity, navigating relationships, and managing academic or career pressure. It’s a time of major change. Therapy can offer clarity and calm.
I take an eclectic, person-centered approach, blending CBT, trauma-informed work, and EMDR.
