Remember when you were a teen wishing for a safe space to talk to someone. You were surrounded by so many people, but you still felt alone. Well I am here to tell you, your family does not have to face it alone. I am here to help your family face challenges whether your teen is struggling with stress, anxiety, anger, or depression. To help create a safe space, I will provide a warm, interactive, respectable, and non-judgmental space to ensure that each client feels comfortable to express themselves freely. I am passionate about helping adolescents discover their strengths and empower them through life transitions.
Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy are my chosen specialties, in which I use to help empower my clients. These modalities will help clients understand the connection between thoughts, feelings, and emotional responses. I will ensure that each treatment approach is tailored to the client's presenting needs.
