I’m a compassionate therapist supporting new mothers through pregnancy and postpartum. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space to process change, helping moms reconnect with themselves while embracing who they’re becoming. I’m deeply passionate about fostering connection and community so mothers feel supported, seen, and less alone.
I work with new mothers and moms of young children as they navigate the many changes of parenthood. I help treat symptoms of postpartum challenges such as anxiety, depression, and overwhelm, while offering a warm, nonjudgmental space to process this season.
