I value the unique perspective and experience that each person brings to counseling and work to ensure clients find value in their individuality.
I have a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from The University of Texas and a Masters of Arts in Mental Health Counseling and Behavioral Medicine from Boston University. I have worked with adults, adolescents, and families and use Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing with a trauma-informed perspective.
