Trauma can distort our views of the world and even ourselves. As a trauma specialist, I offer consistent unconditional positive regard and promise to foster an environment where you can heal and be your authentic self. I offer telehealth, in office, and equine therapy options. Each can provide a different approach and process to the therapy journey. I will meet you at whatever stage in your healing process you’re in and I promise to walk with you until the end.
I specialize in working with PTSD, C-PTSD and trauma of all forms with children, teens, and adults. I would describe my approach as eclectic. I combine a variety of approaches to therapy such as CBT, psychodynamic, internal family systems, narrative therapy, and more.
Whether you need a sounding board, a shoulder to cry on, a personal cheerleader, or a listening ear, I pride myself on being able to provide all those things. Healing can often feel like climbing a mountain, but at least you know you won't be alone.
