I specialize in working with PTSD, C-PTSD and trauma of all forms with children, teens, and adults. I would describe my approach as eclectic. I combine a variety of approaches to therapy such as CBT, psychodynamic, internal family systems, narrative therapy, and more. I am also an equine therapy facilitator and President of a local non-profit, Life Reins.
