I have provided care to teens and adults for over 30 years. I have extensive experience treating anxiety, as well as working with those on the autism spectrum. I am trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy to treat trauma and I believe in the benefit of practicing mindfulness, breath work, body awareness and yoga to create calmness and clarity.
Life is often hectic and overwhelming. I understand how valuable time is and recognize the strength it takes to reach out for help. My intention is to provide thoughtful care that honors your time, recognizes your strengths and helps to promote a sense of competence and well being.
