Welcome! I am a compassionate and empathetic counselor with 4 years of counseling experience working with children, teenagers and adults. My specialties include helping manage anxiety, depression, self-esteem, suicidal ideation, self-harming, LGBTQ+ issues, identity struggles, grief & loss, major life changes, trauma, attachment, family and peer relationship problems, communication, work or school problems, anger, and bipolar disorder.
The types of therapy techniques I use are EMDR to process trauma, DBT, CBT, and Sand tray therapy. I have several years of experience working with teenagers in the school setting and also counseling adults in community mental health.
I received my Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Health and my Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Phoenix Seminary. I am looking forward to working with you!
