I integrate Brainspotting, family systems work, and liberation-informed approaches to help clients process trauma, stabilize their nervous systems, and make sense of their experiences without minimizing reality. My work supports both individual healing and the impact of power, oppression, and chronic stress helping clients reconnect with internal authority.
