I have a passion for working with mom’s, individuals, couples, and families to help them through depression, anxiety, trauma, and transitions. It is my goal to help clients feel understood on their path towards healing.
I use self-compassionate approaches, attachment, and mindfulness to help individuals towards personal growth, self-care, and coping. I specialize in postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, women, and couples. Yet, I also work with children and men who are ready to explore therapy services.
