I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Warren, Arkansas. I have been working as a counselor, for 12 years. I work with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with both adolescents and adults, and specialize in the areas of depression, anxiety/stress, communication and relationship issues, and self-esteem, using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused, and Mindfulness approaches.
My approach to therapy depends on the specific needs of each individual, that I meet with. I more frequently utilize Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral, and Solution Focused therapy approaches.
I present with a calm, encouraging, and person-centered approach. I often use humor too and believe that laughter is good for the soul. My belief is that a client should feel more encouraged, after each session too.
