I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Registered Play Therapist with 20 years of experience working with a wide range of ages and stages.
Whether I’m on the floor playing with a child, helping a teen find her confidence, or supporting women juggling it ALL, my goal is to create a space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.
As a mom of 4 kids ranging from 16 to 21, I understand both the joys and struggles of parenting. I have personally experienced the power of therapy, both in my own self-care and as a worried mom seeking help for my child. These profoundly positive experiences shaped me as a person and as a professional who deeply desires to offer the same care to others.
