Hi, welcome to my profile! I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and achieve holistic well-being. I have a particular interest in supporting individuals with borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and schizoaffective disorder. My focus is on reducing stigma, promoting self-understanding, and helping clients cultivate more fulfilling lives and healthier relationships. I am passionate about empowering neurodivergent individuals who feel disconnected from themselves and others, struggle with vulnerability, or feel weighed down by daily expectations.

I offer a warm, supportive space—with a direct, no-nonsense approach, shaped by both my professional work and personal understanding of mental health challenges.
