In my more traditional practice, I work best with individuals who are looking to manage anxiety, health anxiety and relationship transitions and with those who are working through grief and loss. In my less traditional practice, I offer hypnotherapy and past life regression therapy for transformational healing and exploration in physical, emotional, and spiritual ways.
I have 14 years of experience working with individuals who are bogged down by anxiety, grief and relationship transitions. I am certified in hypnotherapy, which is a fantastic method for deep, transformational healing.
