Welcome! My passion is centered on working with individuals struggling with a variety of conditions such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders, women's health and trauma. I am certified in perinatal mental health which involves helping women and men address a variety of issues related to infertility, pregnancy, postpartum and challenges with parenthood. I place a major focus on providing compassion and empathy in the work I do and creating a safe comforting space.
Whether you have been in therapy before or seeking it out for the first time I view this as a major step. Therapy at times can be intimidating or scary because we are faced with looking at the parts of ourselves that perhaps are not performing at their best. As part of my role I am here to make therapy less scary and assist in the direction of feeling better
