With over a decade of experience as a counselor, I have quickly built rapport with people from all walks of life. I am an EMDR-trained therapist, and a certified addiction professional, and have worked with people to address issues related to addictions, anxiety, depression, anger, isolation, stress, burnout, relationships, trauma, and more.
Having worked with people from a myriad of backgrounds, such as inmates, active duty and retired military members, individuals spanning various ages, races, and genders, I have cultivated a robust skill set.
